14 Day Money Back Guarantee

All devices come with a no quibble 14-day money back guarantee.  If for any reason you change your mind, get in touch to return your device.  The device will be thoroughly checked and the refund will be processed back to the payment method used to make the initial purchase.


12 Month Warranty

All devices are sold with a 12 Month Warranty. Any technical defects are covered, the following is not included:

  • Accidental Damage
  • Any Liquid Damage
  • Devices repaired by a third party
  • Software related defects
  • Faults due to the installation of apps
  • The battery is covered for 3 months from the date of purchase.


Our testing process will identify the returned phone, ensure that it is not excluded for any of the above and determine the cause of the defect. If the device is covered, it will either be replaced or repaired. In the event of a warranty claim being made and no fault is found, there may be a postage charge to return the device to the customer.


For all returns, please ensure all personal data is deleted from the phone.  Pin codes, passwords and the Apple ID must also be removed. Packaging and postage costs will not be refunded.
